Test Event
When you train, adequate dietary protein provides amino acids your body uses to repair and build muscle. Whey is simply a convenient source—you can also get protein from eggs, milk/curd, chicken, fish, dal, soy, paneer, etc.

About this event
Creatine = performance support.
Creatine increases your muscles' phosphocreatine stores, helping regenerate ATP during short, intense efforts. That can help you perform a little better during things like weight training and, over time, support strength and lean-mass gains.
They aren't substitutes for each other. People sometimes use both because they do different jobs.
One important distinction: creatine can cause a small increase in water stored in muscle, especially when you first start taking it. That's not the same thing as gaining body fat.
Since you’re under 18, I wouldn’t recommend starting supplements such as creatine on your own. For training and body-composition goals, focus on regular meals with adequate protein, sleep, hydration, and a sensible training program; if you’re considering supplements, discuss them with a parent/guardian and a doctor or qualified sports dietitian first.
Agenda
After completing high school, some students choose to take a break before entering university. During this period, they may work, travel, or do both. Although taking a gap year can have some disadvantages, I believe that working and travelling before university can provide young people with valuable experience and help them become more independent.
One major advantage of working before university is that students can gain practical experience. Having a job teaches important skills such as communication, teamwork, responsibility, and time management. Students can also earn money and learn how to manage their finances. Similarly, travelling allows young people to experience different cultures, meet new people, and become more confident. These experiences can help them understand the world outside the classroom.
